When will construction of the west be completed?

We are expected to finish construction late 2022.

WHEN WILL tours, pricing and leasing be available?

We are working diligently to bring you home! Tours and pricing will be available soon. For the most recent updates and announcements, subscribe to our email list. We suspect these will be announced shortly before construction is complete.

Will you offer resident parking?

Yes! Residents can enjoy reserved vehicle parking. We even have electric vehicle parking spaces (limited availability). All resident parking will incur an additional fee per month. 

is the building pet-friendly?

Here at The West Luxury Residence, we believe furry friends are part of the family. We are pet friendly and are working on a designated doggie play area for our residents. Stay tuned to our website for those updates. There is a two (2) pet maximum policy. Contact us​ for pet fees and breed restrictions. 

Do you offer affordable housing units?

There are a limited number of units designated to Affordable Housing as required by law. For more information, you can visit NJ.gov. The West Luxury Residence does not directly take or facilitate applications for affordable housing. You may also contact the local housing authority for more information. 

Do you have a resident pool?

The building does not offer a pool. However, we have many other amenities you will enjoy. For a list of offered amenities see our amenities page.
